First of all they not kids , and even if yea they still doin good work , if you been here from 2006 this forum wasnt like that , yea its true have many flame topics , many racist ( Aligator and the rest , dont comment to my post ) , many scammers.
They ( admins ) cant stop every1 and ban them , for example Dizzle13 , he scammed many people and he said himself " you cant ban me " he allways open accounts here and keep scam.
Admins prolly closed your topic since have many like that and you should talk about it in your server .( if had other reasson to your closed topic , sry didnt read all the comments )
P.S why they should ban him? he just said they kids , for god's sake its just NET people why you give a shit anyway?
Its not insult you know , they should listen to their members before they begin ban / mute , anyway thats my opinion.
