Best bet is they will make an xp scroll (Non-tradeable/Store/Sell) that you can activate on your skill bar, and it will give you a level. But that's just a thought.

Note: To clarify the reward process, we will be looking at the level at which you registered and your current level at the time of performing the change, and raising your level +1 based on whichever is higher. For instance, if you were level 73 at the time of registration and deleveled to 72, you will be raised to level 74. If you were level 73 at the time of registration and have since gained a level to become 74, you will be raised to level 75. Also remember that you are being brought up to the next level, not given a whole level. Thus, if you are level 74.56 you will be level 75.00 after the reward is given, not 75.56.

i also heard for their forums that they will be giving out redistribution items in letter. and that people who dont want to lvl get an earring for there class but ive heard nothing about what the lvl 83's get.
