Wasn't that only on Steam KO? Pretty sure it was only steam but I haven't played usko in a long time, so i could be wrong.
Limitless with ESN codes but max 20£ first time with pp, paysafe or credit card.

There's official ESN resellers listed on their website. They're all Turkish however. But since they're linked to from NTT website they should all be legit.
I already bought 20k kc and still going up, but my acc have more than 9 years i think
