Character Seal...help

So i'm trying to seal my character, I've tried, 0 coins, no clan, no quest's, no items, no free stat / exp points.. and i still cant seal the character, does anyone know if the genie could be causing it? i think it has some minutes left? if thats not it i dont know what it could be :/

i followed the guide completely, tried it in mora, even EMC, i've done everything i should, i even tried to seal a random unique with my seal code and it works, but not my character, i don't get it, i did this just 2 weeks ago with a different character on another account.

hmm, take screen shots of your char and inventory and post them here. We gonna find out what`s wrong

ok i had no magic bags but i found a genie hammer greyed out, knew i was being retarded fml ha
