Didnt have that chance to try it but ı dont think it is usefull.Cuz ı think for slow efect (glacier) and stun (lightning) u need good elemental dmg so this staf has 50 at +7 i dont think that this is enough.Flame works with high levels or pappers.

Yeah for sure with high levels it can work if you wanna use generally flame stats.But for ice and light u dont need dmgu need the slow and stun efect...
