question about this auto ban stuff. is it still true that if you get the auto ban 3 times the 3rd time is permanent? or did they do away with that?

Heard about it, Never been 3rd tpt banned O_o So can't tell, but with all this random banning I doubt that 3 time tpt'ed will get u permanent banned so..
