dunno what to say about this situation but if the item is non-tangable, e.g. virtual item, paypal will not be responsible for any claims. had gone through something simliar to this before. if the money is already in the account than it's over, you better hope he's a man of his word. i highly doubt you will spend the money on a lawyer for $125. only thing you can do is to call him out to a small claims court if you're in the same country, dunno about your chances of winning, considering you guys probably didn't come up with a contract or what not. anyways, dunno how the chargeback thing works nowadays. good luck with getting this resolved. B)

If I was doing a large transaction like that I would want to wait too, but even if the money is in his bank account it makes no difference, you can still chargeback. I could understand both sides of this though.. I would also want to item immediately after payment. :huh:
