Banned for havig an ''illegal nickname'' lmao

So i was banned like 1,5 weeks ago for having an illegal nickname (IWillFuckMyWife in turkish) lmao. It was just my alt account to do some merchant. I though it would be funny to have this name.
Lost like 3-4gb on it, Dont care at all. Anyways tried to send a thicket perhabs they would unlock it and i could transfer the items lel.
So they send me today a reply fuking 11 days later, by saying that i got banned because in-appropriate nickname. WHICH I FUKING KNOW THATS WHY I OPEND THE TICKET IN THE 1ST PLACE LOL. then they close the ticket

Anyways I made my ticket in darned ENGLISH. And they reply to me 11 days later in fuking TURKISH.
Im turkish myself and i say damn Some turks are fking Retarded pigs, in this case NTT support team (idk how they call their self a support team xD)

1.Please allow us up to 72 hours to respond to your ticket.
2.Please allow us up to 720 hours to respond to your ticket in turkish.

Does NTT have any positive sides then I can easily say that they have the worst customer support in the world. And even treat their paying customers like trash (people that bought PUS items but didnt receive them)
