majority of the stuff is held by legit clans/is legit...
maybe reduce stats per upgrade is a better solution ?

He said to decrease stats/upgrade, not the success (e.g. a cleaver gains 20 ap from +9 to +10, if that were less the result of a duped +10 would be less harmful).

Not that I totally agree with this, just clearing up what the guy said.
