this server has normal exp rates , imo this server is retarded because you could just level a char up on a normal server in the same amount of time.

The new server that they come out with should only ban Turkish Ip's. It's not fair to only include Australia, Canada and the UK. 90% of the people living in Europe speak english and we should be including them as well (Poland, Norway, Sweden, Germany etc.) Also, lets not forget about the people in South America too. Plain and simple: restrict access for Turkish IP's only and it will be a full and still diverse server.[/b]
