New Zealand does, but the chances of getting the damn surgery before its your turn in the que are slim to none.From what I've learn about countries with free healthcare...They wont pay for surgeries that has record of not improving a person's condition.
I.E. if you need a surgery but your life expectancy after is only 1-3 years away they wont pay for it.[/b]
Heres a somewhat interesting fact...The New Zealand government spends more money on advertising the health risks of Smoking than they do on smoking related health issues.
