Test the voltage of ur Battery too and also instead of taking the battery out use the CMOS reset jumper switch. Seems likes its failin on POST, sometimes this happens when the voltage is low on the battery

No, well not really..
I tested to see if it worked if i took out the power of my floppy disk drive, and it still didnt boot up.
I think it's either my PSU or motherboard that's broken. But i think it's the PSU.

Ill just test a new PSU and see if it works, if it doesnt, ill get a new motherboard and see if it works... one of those should fix the problem
