he has sse+1/we+1, dual roc+0, ep+1, iron belt, full plate goblin pauldron, pads, +8 fp hp gloves and boots, +6/hp helmet.

now, when i was fp bp lvl72, with those stats and str bonus, i was varely on 1700- ap with a ms+7, with a +8 i doubt i'd have passed 1900 so... ms+9 ftw eh?

edit : just did the ac sum, its all consistent with the gear, he might have a above +0 iron belt but not sure of the base ac of priests at lvl72 so.... but yes, im that bored

I could get just slightly higher if I put on like...dex earrings and dex ring in place of 1 ROL- but with the gear I actually own at this moment that IS the max
