Its not like shell 8.
You have same AP about. You earn HP and resistances.. and you loose a lot of def (too much for me).
For me shell 8 are still better than +7 mythril. Nowadays, if you have low def, you cant do anything good (except run or town)
+8 mythril should be insane

Shell +8 = deff
mythirly +7 = same ap, 30 ressist for all, few hp/mp point and less deff ...

is few way to do good balance char now .. or go with shell +8 and dual legionare band, or with mythyrli with dual rol : p

(shell + dual lb is easy way )

i was wearing chitins +8 and was too lazy to upgrade shells to +8
so decided try this new set
ac and ap is the same of my old chitin +8
but got more hp mp and resists
