It's a huge chain of quests, you'll start at [Moradon Merchant] in luf town and once you do you can't loose track of it, otherwise you'll get lost. Then just keep doing what is asked and you'll get to the pads. After you take the pads you'll have to talk to an NPC that is located in the goblins area to go for the pauldron, which is the last piece.
