Not a bad pc setup if you're on a buget except for few things.

1) I would think about getting a better graphics card, like a 512mb version of the 8500gt or a 512mb 7600gs or 7600gt and it shouldn't cost too much more.

2) I would get a bigger power supply something at least 420W-500W. THis will allow for future upgrades.

3) MORE RAM!! But that's something you can add later and once your local electronics store has a sale on the ram sticks.

4) A better processor. Something like Dual Core E6600 but make sure it has at least 1000 MHz for a bus speed. The processor speed should be at least 2.13 GHz(Dual Core) to match the power of a 3GHz Pentium 4 processor. Even going with an AMD processor(4400+ or higher) would not be a bad choice(and im probably gonna be flamed for this) and they run a little cheaper than Intel's. If you do go with AMD make sure your motherboard accepts the processors the last thing you want is a good processor you can't use because you bought the wrong board. This is going to be the most expensive upgrade you make so make sure to look into what you need and can afford as the E6600 usually runs about $250 usd by itself.

Good luck
