to really identify the moment you gotta say "I'm really happy" and if it makes sense in the context ur in then that is happiness....
Playing KO or a football won't make you happy, maybe satisfied.... Happiness is a state not a feeling

Meeting a close friendz is the only thing that makes me happy atm...

my GF makes me really happy all the time.
oh and since its wrestling season and a have to starve myself alot to make weight, having a chance to eat alot of food makes me happy lol. even though i only get like 2-3 real meals a week >.>
