People start smoking 1 pack a day when they are bored, later on it becomes a habit,
cigs are nice when you wake up, after u eat, after u crap, when youre drunk, when youre bored, when you are alone, when its hot, when its cold, when you are watching TV, when u are doing something boring [EXP for example :P].

Thats how people get addicted, I smoke everyday, but not alot, if I dont drink i smoke 2 to 4 cigs a day, when I feel bored or have nothing else to do, I am addicted, because im doing this for like 3-4 years, but I dont think ill ever become a chain smoker who pays cash for cigs everyday and smells like shit, those are my thoughts about ciggarates :x

Smoked since I was 13 and I am hitting my 28th birthday on the 27th. I tend to smoke socially now ( when I am out drinking ) so not a "addicit" more a creature of habbit now.

But whenour coughing your gutts up and you can taste the shitty tar in your mouth that should be enough to make you stop smoking.

The just raised the age of smoking in the UK to 18 which I think is a really good move, but if you want to try something your gonna do it when your in your teens so it boils down to education more than anything else.
