    well idk if they confirmed it but i would put my two nuts on the chopping block if he ever did it... he is my little brother and like i just said there is no way he would ever scam anyone... may not be easy for some people to believe but the way we were brought up honor and integrity and your name is everything and no amount of money is worth smearing it.
