so long as you restat and reskill at level 59, your considered a dczable character :P but if you are mastered that doesnt apply so yes, if you restat and reskill. dont go dual wield unless your using uniques :P the point of it is bonus's not damage , my advice is to sell the impact, get a decent shield. when your in danger use the tota + shield, otherwise raptor +7 should be fine with the amount of spear defence on newer servers.
