Apparently. And the topic is wrong, since there's probably more or equal INT BPS than full str BPs. The choice you were trying to put out was probably Tank Priest (int and str for armors, rest to hp) or BP (full str or int for armors and rest str).

and complete int is nice at lvl 69 when you have 60 buff and 60 heal.

for the rest... bp all the way although i would advise hp build

That'd be a Smite Hammer. Its a Forgotten Temple unique item. It has better ap and elemental than a Priest impact / regular impact.

Overall, pick the Smite Hammer. It is more expensive, but gives strength bonuses, HP bonuses, and MP bonuses.
