Just finished watching the season + End of Evangelion Movie. I used to watch it quite a few years ago but never got arround all the chapters nor the meaning. It is one fucked up anime, in a good way too. Extremly insightfull altho way too slow to get to conclutions. Also, the creator must be fucking nuts.

p.s. you can notice after Evangelion, most of the harem's creators inspired their main characters after Eva's character, a sissy hero surrounded by a very energetic girl, cold girl and slutty chick ........ and gay boy h34r:

As far as I know, the creator had a clinical depression before working on the series. Thus all the psychoanalizis and mind struggle of the characters are based on his experience.
