It's relevant in the aspect of the population of the server. People don't wanna play a server that is underpopulated, so he is reassuring us that there will be a large Chinese player base. Really not that hard to understand.

I like playing against Chinese player cuz they keep pking even if they die all the time,they dont care,unlike our glorious english community that just cry over every single thing.

Nobody liked the chinese players. They always were mad suspect when pking with their ranges and animations not even mentioning the odd bias from admins towards them (as it can be seen here). I can't say I like chinese people more than before these days either haha.

Also, they had like 3-4 clans at most, so not sure about that being so reassuring.

I have no idea how the server is going to function, so I don't know if this is a relevant issue, but could we please have a server where the economy isn't instantly destroyed due to blessed scrolls and gold coins? Like just make pots cheap and get rid of that shit, so that money doesn't become meaningless after 2 weeks.
