With those upgrade % most "hc" players have the best weapons and armors in a week. And if you plan to keep +8 & lvl70 cap for a long time, some/most of them will quit. We have seen it many times on many servers.
Let's face it. Players who actually play most of their time in cz are not those who whine about someone being ahead in gear. These players are also at least 10 times more important to the health of the server than Hyde campers who use most of their time by selling full plates in Moradon.
Actually, if player can't manage to get at least 20 000NPs in a week, players opinion shouldn't matter.
When 100 Hyde camping "moradon warriors" quit, ppl will get worried because there seem to be less merchants. When 100 pvp players quit, server is instantly dead.

I played Altar(official) and farmed first 1 or 2 weeks for raptor +7. Have to say, was quite a turnoff when there was sheik parties running around with full +9 gear(probably around 10k$/player) at that time. What are the odds of that happening on private server?
Please lower the +8 upgrade % to normal ~5-8% with trina. Otherwise it is too easy. "Moradon warriors" can reverse their +7's for glow, so they are happy anyway.
Probabilty to +8 with reverse trinas is 6,25%.
Changing upgrade rates mid server is absolute NONO.

This is where things go wrong. At this point it's just your opinion on the hardcore side vs. the whole 'casual' approach that this server seems to encourage. Who will they listen? Because they have zero experience as players to land on either side, fast forward some time later everyone is angry and quitting. Tbf it's very hard to please both sides, and obviously one is more important but not having personal experience about being there whether it is at end-game with not much to do, or getting ran over by +9 wielding turk is a major disadvantage.

Cannot register with a hotmail.com e-mail on their panel. Hotmail is blacklisted by Apex...
But after I registered, I could change my non-hotmail email to my hotmail email just fine....

What's the use of blacklisting hotmail if you can bypass it afterwards? Only making it harder to register for no reason :/

The issue is with hotmail not recieving emails, i’ve seen this in other places with hotmail and outlook being banned from random services.

Personal recommendation, change it again to something not hotmail. Gmail is so much better.

That was a bug actually, thanks for pointing it out - it's consistently blacklisted now.
As HenkaN said, it primarily exists because Hotmail just decides to discard emails arbitrarily or just take absolutely forever to receive them. Which means that people come to us and tell us our stuff's not working - when there's nothing wrong on our side and we've done everything we can to ensure it passes spam filters (which generally works fine everywhere else). Taking forever then typically means they end up resending it several times, which ends up causing more confusion in the case of more time-sensitive emails/those that get invalidated.

So in general it's just easier for everyone involved when we outright blacklist it and have people use another provider. :/

Is it a Semi-PK server with no traditional farming expect for a day or two to get those high classes up to +7/8?
Characters starting with 5 millions means the coins won't have any large value?
Genie? Multi Client? PUS Prices? Premium Features? Exp Rates? Skill Quests automatic?
Players from V1 could join or not depends how comfortable they are with competition in v2.

Most of you guys remember when YouGotPwndByMyAss was running on ApexKO asking people to VS him for real money for years together and he never lost any vs.
Be aware that he is using Program when he is vsing/pking, so basically he is not able to lose any vs because of hes program being perfectly modified for automated pressing of buttons.

It is believed that more than 20 people lost their money after vsing with YouGotPwndByMyAss on ApexKO the victims did not know Chris has some programs doing all for him, it is the biggest fraud in ApexKO.




PS: Is is not just any Macro. He is using special program that does everything for him Skill + R + Pots. (So while program is attacking all he is really doing is switching the items between the vs as hes hands are completly free)

Using macro for assasins minor is let's say normal nowadays because manual minor will always win in VS if done properly.

But using a warrior program that gives you 100% chance of winning the VS is the biggest fraud this guy did.
He asked tons of people to vs him with warrior for KC/USD those people did not know he has 100% chances to win or that he have any specially modified macro programs that does all for him.

How many people have you scammed for USD? At least we have proofs for you oh crying?
