1351 bugs > 1298 bugs.

Besides that, 1351 reminds me of the USKO latest version, with that new UI, bifrost, quest counter etc.
I want my server to be based on MYKO, so, we stick with 1298.

About BETA & OFFICIAL:

Possibly, BETA may open tomorrow.
Also, I'd like to choose an Official ETA. I'm thinking about 27 of september (friday). What do you think ? In case beta goes fine until 13-15 of september, i'd like to have 2 full weeks to fully advertise the server, EVERYWHERE (and to re-create the G4L topic of course) :P

Beta Target:

Check for delay(lag) issues.
Check for bugs/crashes.
Set EXP/DROP/UPGRADE RATES for beta continuation and for Official too.

What anti-cheat do you use? Is that iradev same admin as in UltimateKO? Since i donated 20 or 30 bucks there and it closed later...

We're not using any anti-cheat, like all these 'acme' junk.
iradev wasn't admin in ultimateko ?

Server Changes (which will be done till the Beta open):

starting weapons will be changed to stiletto, 2handed sword, maul, bow +8.
current exp rate was 00,20 per mob at 60 and it looks too low to us. So we've decided to increase it by *3.
So the new exp rate may be 00,60 per mob at 60 and 00,30 at 61+ and we see.

current upgrade rates which 've been applied:

Unsure how you can call ACME junk lol.. when I haven't seen any public releases of how to get around it or if there is anyway too. Also.. major servers like OSKO use ACME so you can't really call it "junk"..

If you're going to say something's "not junk" because major servers are using it, I'd like to see what you think about Hackshield.
Hackshield is probably the most useless, broken anticheat of all, and there are a lot of major publishers still using it.

But, interestingly enough, my private hack (mostly revamped for testing/debug purposes) worked on these servers without even having to stop, figure out how it worked, and intentionally disable or otherwise bypass it. But in fairness, all other hacks are derived from pabloescobar's old release in some fashion, so I guess they didn't really feel like bothering for checking for anything that strayed from the norm.

There really aren't any alternatives. He certainly hasn't put in the effort to rewrite the server, which leaves... the official, public files.
That said, if he's got decent, active GMs, it shouldn't be much of a concern.

Information about the red/black chitins:

There are Cavalry mobs, placed behind of the (outside) towers, in colony zone and they drop both red and block chitins.
Red chitins focus on AP bonus. e.g. rogue red chitin at +1, may give +2 dex bonus and +1 hp bonus. at +8 it may give +15 dex bonus and +8 hp bonus.
Black chitins focus on HP bonus e.g. rogue black chitin at +1, may give +1 dex bonus and +2 hp bonus. at +8 it may give +8 dex bonus and +15 hp bonus.
