I would go with:
raum 7 + chd 8 or if you really want ap,
md 9 chd 8

I say this because I read in another thread that some guys using raum in their offhand can't get the curse to go off, so i would use it in mainhand. I don't know what the pickpocket curse is but I'm guessing its worth more to you than the extra ap which you would get from the md 9. I would choose chd 8 for offhand because I love it and the resists and club def. I wouldn't use a sherion because i dont think you need extra sword def, extra str isnt worth too much, just get a str set. I also don't like using dv because of the extra hp/mana loss.

Yea, I've tested it and the curse on raum doesn't seem to work when it's in the off hand.

So I'd say best dagger combination for you is:

Lousy PickPocket Raum +7 (Main Hand)
Cold Hearted Dagger +8 (Off Hand)
