Splash scammer!

Splash aka Axarus(on ko4life) scammed Elf belt out of TheReapers clan bank ( akara ) . He knew the rules about the drop u get from clan bank , he followed em until he got an unique item from cb and then just left the clan.So , i'm warning any clan he joined , do not give away items to him ... just wanted to say that..

If the rules were clearly stated upon joining, then it does make you a scammer, regardless if you;

"helped enough at Bosses make clan more powerfull" you knew the rules, you should've quit at the time of joining if you didn't like them.
