The idea of say 300 american dollars means more to the average person in turkey/greece/peru than it does to the sort of people I usually mingle with and trust. Whilst your anecdotes may differ, I find that poorer people are more likely to be fraudulent over trivial amounts of money.

So by your theory, any country, having a lower life standard than USA is a country of scammers? Cmon man...
Lets take your 300$ and make it an average sallery in Turkey/Greece/Peru. That would mean that a loaf of bread would cost 1 cent in these countries. Different countries different life standard. This game is mainly played by people between the age of 13 and 22(http://forum.knightonlineworld.com/f...owtopic=164804). Most of them don't have jobs, since they play ko. 40% of them is american(not counting the Turkish players), are they not eligible to be scamers by your criteria? How can you judge a whole country on the Value of dollar?

Like for Poland 1$=3PLN and average salary in Poland is like 1000PLN so ~333$ . So with 300$ I can do a lot but Brits or Americans can buy pack of cotton swabs for that
