    im olmost waiting 1 month fore my restoration i got hacked 2 days afther i buy prem then i send ticked waited like 1 week fore 1 ste replay now my premium got like 3 days left and they got all infos they need from me i gave them evry thing

    i just think they r waiting fore my prem to run out so they can say oh sry u got no prem bb ><

    That makes no sense as non-premium accounts are being restored as well.
    It just takes time.
    Last I heard Athenrye had over 400 accounts in his queue alone. Most hadn't been investigated yet.

    Ask for your premium to be replaced when they get your account fixed. I don't know if they will do it or not but it can't hurt to ask
