if you still need help i got some tips when you send ticket in make sure it you use click and buy on your account to get premium they wanna see you

click and buy account number

the last 4 digits of your credit card

and you account id

then they will help you really fast.

I suppose it was realy Database hack. All my items are gone, even the sealed ones. There's no way how could anyone get the necessary info from my sources. E-mail was changed into some random like "[email protected]"

I got the account back in my hands but as I said before, all worthy items are gone.

It couldn't be a normal hack since the hacker got all the info, which even I've forgotten. Yet when this happened to more ppl.
