You as a Moderator should have warned or reported your Clan Members because sharing is against the TOS.
As I remember the TOS also says that no support in case of theft will be provided. I guess you're still being trained

Which means he's not a member of my clan anymore, therefore, I didn't keep an eye on what's happening with his character.
He contacted me with this subject about 2weeks ago, I didn't agree with the fact that he shared his account with another player and afterwards asked for help.
But then, on the other hand, I despise scammers so I couldn't just ignore it.
