He is not saying that there dupers or paying GMs.

He is basically saying when someone has something different hes accused of cheating

A person with a cs is accused of paying off a GM

A person with +9s is accused of duping.

His weird healing method has him being accused of using a pedal.

Not accusing you for using pedal, but its just strange how you right click your minor while you click your skills without the skills get right clicked, and you dont need an exact type of skillbar, you can modify them, B5 uses a pedal and he has his minor on #2
