take her out to a restaurant beside any body of war if you have any, or if not then go see a movie, or best thing to do keep the parties coming
best time with gf = parties with tons of friends, or ur.her house when no one is home ofc

hahaha u can go some parties with her, some malls, and well there're some good restaurants that u can go with her, btw u guys look like the same age or so? or everyone can notice that u look older than her? Im older than my hot baby but I don't have that problem cuz we look like the same age :P

1st movies then dinner dont worry about it to much she should be interested in you not the places you go (else she isnt worth the trouble to begin with). Aslong as you can keep you're mind out of her pants (and offcourse your body parts aswell) everything should go smooth and should be fun as this stuff should come natural after dinner you can start thinking of getting into her pants if you wish to

Take her to do something she's never done before.

Even if you live in Bumfuck, Nowhere USA, there has to be something to do:

Hiking
Horseback riding
Mini-putt golf
ESPN Zone
Dance lessons
Swimming
Comedy club
Museum
Bunjee jumping
Go work out together

Most of them are relatively free/cheap and don't involve staring at a screen for hours and not talking to her and getting to know her, which is what I assume dates are for.

A date doesn't necessarily have to be dinner + movie, it can be just doing something fun together during the day/weekend.

And doing something where there's an activity will make it less awkward because you'll be focused on an activity, and not just trying to make forced conversation.

EDIT: Just read that its cold there. I lived at the beach as a teenager, during the winter we used to go bowling and/or rollerskating a lot. Seems kinda cheesy now, but it can be fun.
