Lately I been dealing with a lot of stress(non ko related) and it's been getting worse due to relatives who piss me off and annoying co-workers(my eye has been twitching a lot lately lol) I've tried lots of things like going to the gym, walking to the park,swimming,taking a nap outside but nothing seems to work for long
So if your on the same boat as me what do you do to relieve that stress?
