    Lately I been dealing with a lot of stress(non ko related) and it's been getting worse due to relatives who piss me off and annoying co-workers(my eye has been twitching a lot lately lol) I've tried lots of things like going to the gym, walking to the park,swimming,taking a nap outside but nothing seems to work for long

    So if your on the same boat as me what do you do to relieve that stress?

    sex is THE BEST stress reliever!! + some most girls love stress relieve sex!

    but if no girl or guy available diggin always helped me... but i live out side in desert xD

    real loud music also or go go workout!

    aggressive music seems to work for me. at least 180 bpm.

    and imagining what you would do if there were absolutely no rules, this helps me at work a lot. i just imagine bashing the head of the idiot pissing me off into the wall, shattering their teeth, watching how their entire face gets punched in a bloody mass while hearing them cry for you to stop. always puts a smile on my face.

    This may sound dumb, but reading can be very calming if you find a good book. Try that if you already haven't.

    I've developed the best method: Don't get stressed to begin with. I'm in a fairly rigorous program at school, requiring me to do a ton of work weekly, however, I don't get stressed. I guess it could be a side-effect of a vascular disorder that I have, but still, not having stress at all is the way to go.

    Whatever you do, don't play KO :lol:

    Seriously though, hang out with friends, get drunk and just chill to some nice music.
    My stress reliever is music and working out. But music as in playing the instruments, listening too but not as much.

    If you wanna let go of rage, take a knife and stab the most useless, ugliest pillow you have in your home.
    Stab it until you sweat and ask yourself questions. Why are you doing this. Why are you stressed in the first place, what are things in life that are stressing you out and what can you do to reverse that...
    Childish, but it works

    If you've got some extra money, take a vacation with a friend or two.

    I dont really get stressed about to many things, im to laid back and carefree xD
    But when I do I always try to express my feelings in drawing or singing/listening to music regarding the feeling anger/hate/ect. Doing a sport or video games can also be a good stress releaver. Just do something to occupy your mind so you dont have to think about the negative. ^_^
