then ask one of the brothers to both tell you your name and which direction heaven is in.
thus in theory if he lies about your name, he is the liar and vice versa...
but im sure that isnt the solution.

Could you please form a sentence for me which both tells me my name and which way leads to heaven?
I ask the person to simply form a sentence, the content therein does not require any subsequent answers, nor does it form a subsequent question, it is only the subject matter of the question, which is could you for a sentence for me.
What is my name?, ( Question 1 ) and which way leads to heaven? ( question two ) There is no way to ask BOTH of those to count as one question with only one answer
Girls, question one got answered quite successfully several posts ago now.

You can always ask the question that will determine if they are telling the truth or not then demand that they give the right path.
