Very camp artists try to sing tunes from the late 80&#39;s in a "modern" way, the viewers then call in and vote on their favorite song(or just the neighbours). After the winner is choosen they are all executed(I think so cos you&#39;ll never see them again).



And no zero (Best british artist on the Swedish Hitlist: Bryan Ferry on #14), rest is just american ©rap and swedish bands/artists(I miss the early 90&#39;s )

I must admit i have never been to sweden, but alas with a population smaller than greater london i doubt many people care what they listen to.

Last time i was in france, the radio played constant british music, and a few french artists sang in english. My point is that eurovision is not a reflection of the music scenes of these countries, it is just used politically so that certain blocs (eastern/scandinavian etc) can vote for each other and vote against countries they dislike.

Yep you are right, this year contest was old Eurovision joke, I actually tought that last year changed something and people actually start vote music they like, but Turkey&#39;s good positioning proved I was sooooo wrong.

First...even looks doesn&#39;t count, but I would have hoped that Turkey&#39;s singer would have had enough taste not to put enough oil his hair to make Chinese gangbang...and open his shirt less than showing his pupic hair. I mean he looked like 5cent drag pimp. Second the song had most childish lyrics and whole thing looked like Turkey wanted to dupe Ricky Martin, but failed miserabely.


That blues song was actually good but too bad so few people actually vote for blues. Ark is good band but why in the hell they made so bad song, I mean it was like eurodisco Also I hoped Andorra would have gone far...but oh well, Eurovision is same garbage again...
