Maybe this will fail, but at least it's been tried. Facebook & Youtube makes people around the world connect and how I see it, ACTA is not only aiming filesharing, but also facebook and youtube. Therefore, right now the people are very strong due to being connected with facebook and as long as it lasts we should try to change things.

Trying is never wrong and I'm glad that people are aware of situations like these. What people should do is to take action instead of just sitting on their asses being angry at some guy they haven't even heard of 'till last week.
Poland was a very good example of what people can do when they go out into the streets to demonstrate. ACTA was dropped in Poland due to them actually showing the fact they're not happy about it :P

Watch from the sidelines, send aid if you feel the need and let the people of Uganda revolt on their own.
