Sasuke did not defeat Itachi. Itachi let him.
Strongest of all time definitely 1st Hokage Hashirama. He pwned Madara that even the 4th could not do it. but somehow i think the 4th is the coolest among all. God damn his Shunshin no jutsu. Kakashi Gaiden chapter made me really like the 4th.
Another cool/strong person would be Itachi. Even Madara thought of him as a worthy opponent.

dunno...gaara is pretty strong 1v1 with his ultimate defenses, he can outlast pretty much anyone until theyre exhausted then win

same with pain...hes damn strong in 1v1, cuz u have to consider all 5 bodies are just ONE jutsu so fighting all 5 is the same as fighting 1 person

same with naruto...hes very strong 1v1 especially in sage mode

well yea but they have major weakness esp. gaara. hes not the STRONGEST for sure, but he can damn well destroy an entire village from afar.
