I dunno is this a client sided problem but when I'm playing Tastic KO on my laptop I got like 20 FPS in area that has no people around,but when I log in to SexyKO I got like 50 fps in the same place.

For example, my old computer (with E7300/GeForce 9800 GT/4GB RAM) was getting 150+ FPS all day long. My new setup (Amd Phenom II X2 955 Black Edition/HIS Radeon HD 6950 (CFX) 4GB Ram) is getting lower FPS after every spell cast. After a hour or two, FPS goes down to 20.

There is no doubt twostars helped the server tremendously in the first few weeks.
In the last couple of weeks though , he has been doing basically nothing , working on minor bug fixes instead of working on the bigger issues players have pointed out in the forums.

Nothing that you can see right now (or, ever), anyway. Remember - my primary role here is to assist with implementing things that can't ordinarily be implemented without the slightest bit of hackery, if you mean changing rates, raising the level cap, whatever - it does not require me to do that. That's Shurt's territory, first and foremost.

Behind-the-scenes there's always a lot going on. A lot that we, usually, don't want you to know about - for instance, the few dupe methods we've been able to get on top of before they became an issue, certain crash exploits that were being abused somewhat randomly, but always by the same people (who were left unbanned in order to help identify what they were abusing, as the stack was 'wiped' making it a PITA to track down).

And then, of course, there's the bigger stuff - i.e. BDW (obviously), currently in the process of rewriting one of the game server's systems to kill off the 'connecting please wait' issue once and for all (which, although previous efforts have helped a LOT, it'll typically last about 3 days with current loads before things will get so out of sync it'll be unable to properly process requests and cause the "connecting please wait" issue), certain exploits that require a little more time and effort to test/tinker with... and, the smaller stuff which I can do whenever I get a chance, i.e. certain minor bug fixes you've mentioned, which are good to roll out pretty much as as soon as they're done anyway.

Today he joined our clan on some GM char and said he fixed ally bug - we laughed at him.

That was actually Parasitic, not me. It's also not the ally bug, it's a different bug, but that's waiting to be pushed out to the live server.

With all my respect to his developping skills , his admin skills are a joke , he discriminates certain players based on hate ( something even Aristona the turk did not do ) , he changes things on the server without asking Shurt first and then Shurt has to say he was out-voted by other GM's to calm us down ( even though it's his server ) , like in the "ladder bug" for example.

Eh, like you just said - it's a staff decision. I don't do anything unless the majority of the staff agree. I am not the majority, nor is Shurt. Hate-based discrimination? Really? :P

Twostars gave a certain player DB access - fact confirmed by another GM although twostars claims otherwise and this GM will probably not repeat what he said before.

Once again, only myself and Shurt have access. This misunderstanding has been taken way out proportion; it is what it is, simply, a misunderstanding.

In saying that, however, I will make the effort to take the above into consideration in future, thanks.

GeForce 9800 GT isn't expensive anymore. When I bought my new GPU, I sold it for 30 USD to computer store. (Normal price is 65 usd) Rams are always the same. Kingston 4gb 1333MHZ is around 60usd. I'm not sure about the CPU, but a normal CPU (way better than E7300) will prolly require like $150. I bought my Phenom II X4 955 B.E for $160 or something. It's currently overclocked with a custom cooler setup. (Works at 3.8 GHZ at the moment.) There is no bottleneck issue with GPU also.

If you can, try setting a computer like this to yourself. Purchase a decent box with great air circulation, an air (or water) cooler on CPU (AMD's coolers are sucky sucky), a decent PSU (mine is 850W) and it will cost around $1000. (Stay away from nVidia/Intel though, otherwise you'll be paying $1000 to a single part.)

For a normal computer (no 6950, but perhabs an 4850 or 5770) it will cost like $400 max. You will still be able to max-setting pretty much any game. It shouldn't be expensive for someone who live in EU.

ehh titanko was a different type of farm, none the less it was still fun and I actually never played Hell Awaits so i can't talk about that... but theres no real hardcore servers like kotastic tho is what i was getting to

When you were the only impartial staff member on to vote on the issue, then yes you are a majority. See, I have a problem with this post, Shurt has said he wasn't on when the "staff made the decision" So please, enlighten us to who the staff is.

Technically, I guess you mean GM's, which would be Parasitic and you as active, and phantomlink who is never on. Parasitic was personally affected by the issue in-game, so his opinion is worth about as much as a chocolate teapot in the issue, whilst phantom has probably forgotten what a ladder truck is and would of probably just went with whatever decision you wanted, so yes, you did have the majority in that scenario.

Then issue two arrives, if they're not the staff and you count "IRC forum/mods" in your staff decisions, then true you may not have the majority vote, but guess who does? Well let's see who was in the clan personally affected by this issue at the time... schrotti, extacy, agony, parasitic. If they really took the majority vote, I find it hard to believe it wasn't directly affected by what happened in-game.

And I'm not trying to bring up past issues that have been sorted, I'm trying to clear up something that could affect future issues.
