If you pay for a premium,30 days. And server dies before that,or gets to a point where there is no one to play with other than merchs in moradon,is charging back then a legit option,or ?

I ALWAYS think of that and it's always on the back of my mind to be honest. But with privet servers I guess it's like a casino ? You honestly never know what will happen until you pay ? or give it time with $$$$ ? You can charge back if the server dies 3 days later or 2 weeks later. My thinking is that the owner of the server has put 10s of hours of work into the server so he deserves some kind of payment. generally speaking though for myself I always try and be honest and support the server if u can afford the extra cash!

Anyone here remembers the old ko4life forum,like 2007ish,with all the "legends" on it,chattin it up,having a good time. Look what it has turned into . Some days I think the KO community would be better without this forum,just facebook groups for each server and thats it.

I've "deleted" 2 of your posts, out of which the first one was telling people to chargeback their donations and the second one was you misunderstanding another user's post because you're clearly a fucking idiot. Not to mention you were simply repeating what you already said before.

You are right, the rest of your post was about his lawyers and his use of copyrighted material. Which nobody should really not give a flying fuck about considering running private servers is illegal business in the first place. Since when has anybody around here cared about using MGame's game files in the first place? We rejoiced when people found out a way to yoink stuff from the official client and make servers actually resemble the real game.
