Open server.ini and below the version it says files 1534 swap the 4 with a 7 do the same with Last. Or just copy my server ini and replace it with yours.

The staff mentioned earlier that no one is being ip banned there is something wrong with the domain or something. I think that you are missing some files, try to re-download the server with your anti virus/fire wall turned off and then copy the information that i posted about the server. ini and paste it to your current one. If your anti virus pops up later and detects some sort of virus from the client then it's fake so you got nothing to worry about.
