The only explanation is you were not online the time we sent the items which was after the 2nd restart, all other players that were only got their silvery gem which and trust me didn't made them rich to be unfair.
I just went through top 10 only 3x of them had uniques, 1 of them was a good unique (dread shield +3)... server has been up for less than 12hours and some players are already complaining about others...Dont worry, server already has ppl with full uniques with all those restarts so 1 silver gem dont rly matter
Anyway our main focus right now is getting all events stable again, we will continue working towards that while restarting only when it's a must, thanks for those who understand that, hopefully everything will be better from now on, thank you for your support and trust.

Those items were lost due to a server crash = rollback, user data do same every while so everything that were not saved between the last save point and the server crash it is like it did not happen, even for us and from the logs we can't do much as they were not saved as well, we are working on a solution to decrease the intervals of data saving with SOACS dev right now, meanwhile we applied some fixes yesterday night to prevent further crashes.

Dude this was the loot from silvery gem which got Turned in the Second after we got them. I dont mean to be harsh but your last server was 100 Times better than this unstable stuff 😓 not even sure if worth playing. did u even consider taking it down and relaunch?

I really really suggest you bring this server down and relaunch (with old version?) before you loose your player base because obviously this is not playable.

Everything in PUS is cheap that's why. 30 day Gold prem is 60 kc

No relaunch should be done. a relaunch would actually kill the server.
Yes they actually fuck at some point on the server, but nothing to actually kill the server right off the start...
Current error made :
- lvl 62 cap
- Silvery gem off the start for some bugs
- IN/IB right off the start
- Tests off events
But with past experiments, let me say all of you, no server ever release with no error/bugs in the past ... So stop complainting about every single bugs and just enjoy the god damn game...
