Could anyone who played in the championship can clarify this please, is the minor heal really slow now? i mean, u cant use dual minors? can u even use single minor? thanks and sorry if this was already clarified

basicly when you click it .. it has delay as if it was a soul pot..

U can safely do around 5-6 minors per sec. Using dual minor is no diff than using single now.
If ur an averagely geared sin and have only ever used 1 minor, you wont feel any change. If ur a solo party tanker, then feel free to complain as your about the only one it will effect.
