I disagree with babashopping simple because i think it is immoral, i appreciate people who work for getting good gear, those people can feel proud of themselves, but tbh i wouldnt be proud or happy if i just bought an item or character for usd and just got it so easily, but even though i disagree with it, i say people should just do what they want with their money cuz it is their own and not anyone else's, if someone wants to spend usd on KO then let them do it by all means, noone has any right to flame anyone because of their views of babashopping, let everyone have their own opinions, we are all entitled to them after all

add up the premium for 2+ years and its actually cheaper to buy the character already leveled.

now that you say it, the premium money for 1 year (lets say lvl 74) for gold prem 25x12 = 300........ and that is cheaper then a lvl 74 in pathos

of course u can say that in 1 year u can get lvl 80.. but i mean the average player

Im against it because the game is getting lame.
in KE we used to farm our asses off to get shells from DMs nd wear them at +4 :S
Now after ROFD and Resurection iu started to sell shells to npc -_- and chitins.
Some people just sits there and wait for chars and items for sales buy it nd Poof! a Babashopper Kick ass all day ,no effort ,lame combo, No respect to the Legits.
Im not saying that ko4life is gay i just wanna know who is not babashopping and who does.
Not talking about intereserver trades im talking about USD trades .

i think whoever cant buy something for usd for any reason like no card no money etc ill be against it,if u get 50 dollar on your card i think u would like to buy something for ur char in ko

I am with it ... it takes you max max max 1week to get 200$ and buy an iron neck with it ... while you can play 6months and never get 1.[/b]

you can play USKO since august 2004 with your bro and have no iron set for any1, have no shell for any1, have no rol/roc on any1, the best item got from old 1337 clan when clan drop and clan bank were common, have a goblin armor since the beginning and never had a +8 1st grade weapon (shard, raptor)

We are unlucky upgraders, everything burnt @ anvil, we only made 3 +8's since 2004, mage boots (the shitty ones) with hp, a wizzard staff and a rogue fp pauldron with hp.

The day we were ready to try talos alone... a lvl 80 raping party came out from nowhere and finished talos in less than 10 seconds... We said: time to babashop, we cant play that much...

I occassionally babashop if I can't get certain things after a period of time. I usually upgrade my own items, but sometimes I get tired of trying or run out of igc so I babashop just a little bit. Not many people know I do it sometimes, but I don't really care. I am very well respected in game and out of game. It's their money, so they can do whatever they wish with it really. Either way, I don't really care what happens. I play to have fun and to have fun with friends.

I enjoy seeing all the posts of people who hated babashoppers and then when they leave game or go to a new server they sell everything...hypocrites. If you guys hate baba so much, do e1 a favor and delete everything u have on ur character and delevel them when you leave. Having items worth real money makes the game worth playing more and spending USD with K2 then if the accounts and items were worth nothing. And you are fooling urself if you think different. K2 knows that this is true and they are a business, they are not a bunch of guys doing this as a hobby. Babashopping makes playing this game pointless.. If you dont agree thats fine but in the end you know tis the truth..

Whats the point in dedicating all that time for what? To have hundreds of people spend 100$ usd and just buy their way up the ladder...

Sure it takes individual skill to be good but you might as well just start everyone out with the same gear and go from there..

But oh well.. this game is just a money/time sink.

i remember the beta version, where there were no such of things as buying items, only prem and scrolls, and of course gain the items urself

i guess since i started from the beta version which was there like 4+ years ago, is the reason why i hate the fact that people buy their way out to become better

as a really long-playing KO player, im proud to say i haven't wasted any $$ on this game, since in MYKO, u didn't even need prem and u can still acces the game 24/7

see i don't mind ppl buying a few items, but when u see someone buying like 10gb worth of stuff every week, thats just insane

and personally i think babashopers just ruin the fun in the game for others, but hey thats just my opinion

even when people dont babashop, the same items still exist in the game... instead of having 10 average people, u have 1 good person now......

I am very proud to say, that i didnt waste any time farming in this game, and used only a few spare coins from work to be able to obtain good items =)

Babashoping keeps this game alive... i mean come on there are a lot better games out there than KO. And most of the people posting here "against" it have sold chars/items here... if there were no babashopers u wouldnt be able to sell ur stuff.

This game takes a very long time to play it "legit", exping, pking, and farming. Some people are lucky to have a lot of time free to be playing KO enough to get lvl/symbol/uniques before they get bored. But some others just have 2-3 hours to play it and between exp pk and farm they wont achieve much in that time. Most of this guys have a job, and they CAN give themselves the luxury of "wasting" money on the game. If i had money to spare and wanna buy somethings out on KO ill do it for sure to save me my precious time on doing exp or farming.

I dont care what people thinks, but i can spend my money on whatever the hell i want to, and if i want to spend in KO ill do it. If u are good or not in this or any game... its pointless... it doesnt mather if ur a noob as long as u have fun playing the game.

Most people will not agree with me on this, but ill rather buy things for a game than spend my money on beer and drugs, wich only intoxicates ur body and gives u a headache afterwards.

in my opinion , people should just play the game just without buying things for usd ( you are not really playing the game its like cheating :/ )
