He came from nowhere with lvl 63 or 64 and got banned about 8-9 months ago. Then he unbanned (dunno how) and made his lvl 70 with marco and edit. As far as i know he had a illegal gm char, spawned and farmed bosses like hell and sold tons of items for really cheap prices. I wonder how many accounts he has with full inventory and inn hostess with uniqes.
