yea i usually have a draenei in my group so 7% is the hit cap, its got good and bad sides to it like the draenei dieing and you lose it but the loss is offset by the extra str and other stats you gainReally really really really really nice Blood spec

The SS are comming up ok on my laptop so should be fine on any normal desktop.
Even though the crit and power was good , do you find being well under the hit cap any issue? Experise I've been on 21 to 33 for ages and not really noticed a great difference in my overall dps with Felix.
atm im trying to get all my rotations under controll and only did a few hc as dps and. in os 25 i was doing 4.2k on last boss.
Expertise , hmm so far no major diff that i have seen.
as for the hit cap i see my Pleuge strike getting alot of miss
I need to farm some gold or honor so i can make myself some 20 hit gems instead of the +16 im using atm.
Today reset so voa 25 / and voa 10 hopefully 245 tanking drops or dps , and that my roll skill may be leet.
Get the Stormedge from Ulduar10 , it has 95 hit on it and looks better than the ToC5 Axe you have.
update:
sadly my server is achievement or no invite. and dont have a raiding guild.
