Going by the strength they showed, Sanji and Zoro are both easily worth over 300mil bounty. Luffy's bounty says 400, making him the highest known bounty in the world. Keyword being KNOWN, there are lots of others we don't know like Shanks, Marcos, the other empire(forget her name), etc etc etc.
Personally I think 400 is too low, his strength/power would put him somewhere around 600mil if you ask me.

so the big 3 of Strawhats didn't even fight any of the new rookie but they took out 2 pacifistas easily with 1 hit. 2 yrs ago when luffy is 300m and zorro is 100m+ bounty, the whole team barely beat 1 pacifista so if any of the remaining strawhat single handedly handle the other 2 big shots rookie 200m+ bounty, will there bounty be that much? I agreed that 400m on luffy is definitely too low.
