many ppl banned for jingling when there wont a thing jingling is bug(1 year ago or somthng) but ctrl+minor is a bug which makes rogue imposible to kill

look at the rogue on diez that plays h4nzo mee or leresk both of them say they dont use control to minor heal and both are hard as hell to kill now give them control on minor heal and they will never have mana and easier to kill its all about saving mana not using. Also jingling was announced many times that its illegal and people have got banned for it.

well im lvl 64 now and 1 rogue killed me with that minor+ctrl
Athenslayer lvl 65 with in ib roc and we +7 set cant kill him too
