reading the msn convo's it sounds like you're both being really unreasonable and childish. I'm sure if you acted maturely you could easily come to an agreement that would suit you both.

Recently i made a deal for a wow account with loads of my old ko stuff, and when it came to the trade i realised one of the items that i was to trade was missing. I made my appology and offered a different trade. With my new offer i went above and beyond my original deal as i realised i was the one that had fucked up.

At the same time i don't think either of the attitudes adopted here are particularly beneficial to having the situation resolved. I am pretty sure Shai isn't trying to scam you Jay and you'd do better approaching him in a more fitting manner, and I am sure Shai will work out some form of 'compensation' for his mistake.

These things really don't have to turn into some huge melodrama[/b]

I don't know if it was said on page 2 or 3, but there should be some kind of compensation for the missing items that were said to be there. But I don't think it should be the full cash value of 2x PE since you didn't buy everything at full value, but instead at a discount as a package deal. So you should get a partial cash refund, just not the full cash value of the 2 pe's.

Normally if you buy something on sale there is no refund....unless there's something actually wrong with the product in which case some stores do offer refunds...but not the full retail price, instead they either exchange the item or refund you the sale price value.

So honestly, you shouldn't expect the full value of 2 PE's as a refund...but you are entiteled to some sort of compensation...whether it be equal value items or some sort of cash refund.
