Man she just needs reassurance that your not doing anything behind her back. When rumors fly around from other people (who don't have your best interest in mind... the backstabbing rumor-giving biznitches) often gf's jump to ungrounded conclusions. When something like this happens all you can do is comfort her as she's prolly just feeling insecure.
